Depending on what stage your order is in our fulfillment process, we may or may not be able to modify or cancel your order. For example, if it has already been shipped, it is too late. In which case, please refer to our Return Policy.

Q: I received the wrong or a defective product, what do I do?
A: We follow strict quality control and order fulfillment processes. However, if you received a defective item, please email us at catherine@creationsceecee.com with a description of the defect (with photos) as soon as possible. Any defective items will be replaced.

A: All orders composed of in-stock merchandise are usually prepared within 3-5 business days. Delivery times have been impacted by the current status of the postal service and unexpected delays may occur.
Q: Can I order even if I do not live in Canada?
A: Yes! Aside from shipping to Canada, we also ship to the USA. At this time, we do not ship worldwide due to the current global situation and changes to taxes and import/export laws. once these laws are revised, we will resume shipping worldwide.
Q: How can I return or exchange an item bought online?
A: To make a return or exchange, please email us at catherine@creationsceecee.com. All regular priced Créations Ceecee items can be refunded or exchanged if returned to us within 15 days after their delivery. Sale items are FINAL SALE. They must not be modified or damaged and must be in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for the full details.

A: All our products are handmade and unique designs by our artist Catherine.
Q: There are items marked as sold out or are no longer on the website. Will there be more available?
A: Unless otherwise indicated in the description of the items, all Créations Ceecee items are standard, permanent items. We, however, reserve the right to discontinue items that decrease in popularity in order to reduce waste. Should this be the case, the product description will reflect any new information once decided. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more detailed information.

A: Yes, completely. Créations Ceecee is hosted on a secure SSL server which means that all data entered online is encrypted and completely protected. We do not keep or store any credit card information in client accounts. You will, therefore, need to enter your payment information for each purchase. Q: How can I apply my promo code?
A: Your promo code will give you a special discount when making a purchase. You will need to provide the code once you complete your checkout in the box “Promo code”. A: All shipments are sent through Canada Post and costs mentioned are in Canadian dollars. Shipping to anywhere in Canada is $2.50 for orders up to 100g, $3.75 for orders between 101g and 200g, $5.75 for orders between 201g and 500g and $13.00 for orders between 501g and 1kg. Free shipping on all orders over $75.00 with coupon code FREESHIP75. Shipping to anywhere in the USA is $3.75 for orders up to 100g, $5.60 for orders between 101g and 200g, $11.25 for orders between 201g and 500g and $19.50 for orders between 501g and 1kg. These shipping costs are based on standard and oversized/non-standard lettermail rates and are calculated by the weight of shipment. Large orders will be sent as parcels and costs will be determined according to the size and weight of shipment.
