Returns and exchanges
We offer a 15-day policy for returns and exchanges from the day you’ve received your order. After 15 days, you can no longer return or exchange your purchase. Please note that digital items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Créations Ceecee product must not have been modified or damaged and it has to be in the same condition that you received it in. Gift cards are not refundable. To complete your return or exchange, we require your order number.
Please communicate with us first by email at catherine@creationsceecee.com. Shipping charges will be your responsibility (charges applied to original purchases are non-refundable).
Sales items
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a response by email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the same method of payment you initially used for your order within 5 business days of reception. We will refund the amount paid for the item(s) EXCLUDING any original shipping costs.
If you are not approved, the refund will not be processed. Your products will be returned to you as is.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund 10 business days after it has been processed by Créations Ceecee, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email at catherine@creationsceecee.com.
